A laugh-out-loud story with heart, based on true events about one boy’s trip to the loo and learning that everyone has accidents sometimes.
It was surprising how a story about pooping in a public pool can be written so tastefully.
While going up and down the stairs, the dad and two kids encounter many imaginative side characters. My favorite one was the pregnant woman carrying a tray of bacon. Seriously, that is so random. I want to meet this author and ask how she came up with that concept.
My favorite part was when the big sister yelled at her little brother to, “Just poop already!”
On the long list of worst places to poop your pants, a public pool is at the top of that list. Pooping in a public place should be avoided, but sometimes accidents happen. Everyone has a poop story, and it’s good to talk about those stories, except while eating. No one wants to talk about things coming out when you are putting things in.
